Special Collections
 

The University Libraries' Special Collections offers the academic community, visiting scholars, and the general public access to the library's most unique holdings. Established in 1982, the collections support the University's academic programs and its instructional and research interests. It also preserves and promotes collections that hold particular historical and cultural significance to an international scholarly community. Holdings range from manuscripts and rare books to works of art and visual material.

Manuscript Collections - The Manuscript Collections contain unique, unpublished records created by organizations and individuals in the conduct of their activities.

Book Collections - The Book Collections include several named collections and a large general collection.
