S1   Heads of Student Affairs

Over the years, the office involved with student affairs has had several titles: Dean of Students, Deans of Men and Women, and Vice President for Student Affairs.  The office is responsible for non-academic relations of the college with students.

FILE 4 Vice President for Student Affairs (  -2000. Reorganization.  Activities disbursed among other administrative units.   Most went to Academic Affairs.)

FILE 5 Student Personnel Council
This council had faculty, staff and student members.  The file contains minutes, supporting documents and reports for the years 1966-73.  Issues discussed and acted upon were items such as academic freedom of students, rules, regulations, policy, and general decisions on various aspects of student life, administrative, academic and social.
   
FILE 6 Student Directories. 1966-68

Computer printout directories of students presumably issued for Student Affairs Office by the Computer Center.  Student telephone numbers, Greeley address, class, major, minor, and home address are listed.  Published directories for 1968- are held in RG3 S4.
   
FILE 7 Board of Activities Coordination. 1969-1970
This board operated for one year with the function of approving organized student activities and allocating funds.
