For the period October 1929 through December 1964, there is a set of bound Faculty Meeting Minutes. Generally, the President of the institution presided at the meetings.

The minutes include the various activities of the faculty meeting as a group. Items include decisions on curriculum, recommendations for candidates for graduation and community relationships. Also included are lists of committee members and reports of committees such as those on general education and examinations. |

For part of the period 1924-1947, there are also Notes made by then current president Frasier who presided over the faculty meetings. They are found in RG2 S2-4 F1. |
