Bound copies 1921-1987

Bound copies Volumes 1-3 1921-1926 contain bulletins only. Beginning Volume 4 1926-34, bulletins and marketing samples were bound. This practice continued through 1987.

Loose copies. 1940-

In 1987 the practice of binding was discontinued. The loose copies are filed in folders by date of the list accompanying the material. The folders contain a list and two copies of selected publications generated by the News and Publications Department, such as bulletins, class schedules, directories, marketing and recruitment materials, forms and general information. A finding aid listing the contents chronologically is available. Materials added at a later date include the University's Golden Jubilee in 1940 and demolition of Cranford Hall, 1971-1972 and [1942?] correspondence regarding Gunter Hall of Health.

The file contains a copy of each inventory list received by Archives with the shipments of material from News & Publications. The frequency of the shipments varies from monthly to semi-monthly.
