Board of Trustees meeting notes

Six volumes dated 1948-51, 1951-54, 1954-58, 1957-58, 1959-61, and 1962-64. The typewritten Board of Trustee and Executive Board meeting notes contain a few handwritten notations. They contain agenda items for the meetings and recommendations for faculty appointments, promotions, tenure as well as finances and other college business during the Ross administration. For a period of time, the Trustees met as a whole board but also appointed an Executive Committee for each of the education institutions, including CSCE.

Three volumes for the Ross period, in which he chaired the Council. This was composed of the Dean of Graduate Division and the Chairmen of the Divisions. It was the top administrative body of the College. Agenda items included current enrollment and projections, course programming, summer school, budgets, faculty, physical plant growth and "growing pains" of the College.
