NOTE:  Frasier's term as president ended December 31, 1947. W. R. Ross became the new president January 1, 1948. Frasier continued as Professor of Education. (The last listing of his name appears in the 1952-1953 CSCE Bulletin.) Frasier was responsible for Summer seminars in Higher Education 1949-51. The Abstracts of Papers Prepared for the Seminar in Higher Education are bound and cataloged as follows and are located in Archives stacks.:
