Colorado State Teachers College Laws and Regulations

This is a loose leaf black binder less than an inch thick, apparently developed in the twenties, and probably kept by the President's office. Pages are typed.

A number of pages are copies of the Compiled Laws of 1921 and other sections include bylaws of the Trustees of 1919, 1920, and 1934, policies on finance, on the faculty, the President's office, fees and scholarships, on degrees including honorary degrees, in loco parentis rules, as well as a number of resolutions passed by the Trustees. The dates of material included in this notebook appear to cover the period from 1917 through 1939.
