LEAD100 - Contemporary Leadership Theory

In the 21st Century, leaders are required to respond to a multitude of issues and challenges that range from the context of the individual, to the community, to the national setting, and finally in a global context. This course is designed to provide students with an opportunity to examine contemporary approaches in leadership as they manifest in the local, and national communities. Special emphasis is placed on students’ ability to develop and apply cultural fluency through a leadership perspective in these contexts and communities.
LEAD200 - Risk and Change in Leadership

This course, which provides experiential learning opportunities, explores the core concepts of risk and change that inform the complex nature of engaged leadership in a local, national, and international contexts.
