The Information Management & Technology department has three standard maintenance windows in which system maintenance occurs.
Thursday 5am - 7am
Saturday 5am - 7am
Sunday 5am - 7am
Not all systems will have maintenance conducted on them at these times, but if you are encountering issues with a system during these times, this could be the issue. These times were chosen in effort to be as unobtrusive into the University work day as possible.
Changes to University systems go through a Change Management Process in which the change is identified and tested. A rollback plan is developed and communications occur between the functional units and the support staff of IM&T who will be, or may be, affected by the change. Finally all changes are approved by Information Management & Technology upper management.
