Technical Support Center

The Technical Support Center measures a number of statistics in order to ensure they are performing as optimally as possible. The following breakouts specify the data for lifecycle information and call statistics. Overall information is cataloged by date ranges by week, month, semester, and year.


Lifecycle Information - The Lifecycle data monitors the time interval between the point a ticket is created until the moment a technician responds to the issue.
EvaluationKIT - This tool is used to evaluate the educational experience of classes selected by each college.
Access Management - Detailed breakout of data and statistics regarding the account access, PDID account creation, and account change requests.
Call Statistics - The Call Statistics are specific to the telephony of the Technical Support Center. All requests from Information Technology go through the Technical Support Center and performances tracked.
