Pagers

University departments can obtain pagers from the Technical Support Center for departmental use.   Service is provided through Metrocall.  There is no initial cost for the pager just a monthly use fee.  The monthly fees range between $4.50 to $21.00+ depending on which type of pager it is and what features are added.  There are two types of pagers used by the University.  Alpha and Digital.  Since there is no initial cost for the pager, the cost of the pager will be charged to the department if it is lost.  For information regarding pagers, features, prices and procedures for beginning service, please contact our Technical Support Center at (970) 351-4357.
