Moving Your ResNet Service

To move your ResNet Service to another Residence Hall room, you just have to plug into the ResNet jack in your new room.   The jacks are active and since you have registered for the ResNet service, no additional steps are needed. 

If you move off campus, you will need to cancel your ResNet Service.

If you experience problems with your ResNet Service, you will need to call the Technical Support Center to troubleshoot.  You are still being charged for ResNet so it is your responsibility to make sure that your ResNet Service is working for you.
