- Complete the disconnect request at http://resnet.unco.edu
If you have left your residence hall, you will not be able to disconnect your service with these instructions. Contact the Technical Support Center at 351-4357 to complete this process manually.
- Billing will be stopped after rebooting your system.
If you fail to reboot your system, billing will not be stopped and you will continue to be charged $28.00 per month.
- If you reactivate ResNet within the same school year (August-May) you will be charged a $10.00 Reconnect fee.
