| The CBORD Odyssey application consist of two modules designed to provide the Departments of Residence Life, Dining Services, Conference Services, and Campus Recreation Center with the resources they need to provide services for their operations. Individuals needing access to CBORD should obtain the account form and submit it to the Technical Support Center. A technician will then verify licensing and install the application on the user's workstation. If you experience any problems with the CBORD application, please contact the Technical Support Center at 351-4357. |

| Several network servers exist on campus and are supported through the Technical Support Center in terms of accounts for email and network access or password change requests. Contact the Technical Support Center for specific requests or password changes. If we are not able to create your account (email or network) or reset your password, we will enter a support call for a server administrator to assist you. |

| Faculty and Staff can obtain an authorization code for their University related long distance calling by completing the Long Distance Authorization Form for faculty, staff and administrators. University policy requires faculty and staff to reimburse their department for all personal long distance telephone charges placed using the long distance authorization code. |

Unity is the voice mail system provided to faculty & staff. There are no charges for use of this system. Request a mail box through the Technical Support Center (TSC) at 970-351-4357. Unified Messaging (UM) combines your voicemail messages and emails together thereby allowing you to gain access to your voice mail messages AND email messages by telephone OR a computer equipped with speakers. |
