2009 Embracing Community, Together

An interactive forum on Applied Research and Civic Engagement

November 17, University Center Ballrooms

Embracing Community, Together is an interactive forum at which participants from campus and the local community present and comment on applied research activities and collaborative community projects. The event includes poster presentations by students, faculty, and community organizations within Greeley and Weld County.

This year Embracing Community, Together runs concurrently with UNC's annual Volunteer Fair to allow individuals to readily make connections to a variety of nonprofit and governmental organizations and become more fully engaged in community

Be part of this event!

Embracing Community, Together is looking for participants who are involved with applied research, community partnerships, and other activities which connect disciplinary knowledge to practice. Poster presentations, demonstration projects, and information tables are welcome.
