Academic Excellence Week will be held March 29-April 4, 2009, on the University of
Northern Colorado campus. Events scheduled throughout the week will celebrate and honor academic excellence across the university. Academic Excellence Week is coordinated and sponsored by the Center for Honors, Scholars and Leadership.

UNC Research Day will be held at the University Center on Thursday, April 2, 2009, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. as part of Academic Excellence Week. This event is sponsored by the Center for Honors, Scholars and Leadership and the Graduate Student Association, with assistance and support from the Sponsored Programs and Academic Research Center, Graduate School, Student Honors Council, and the Student Representative Council.

Research Day presenters must complete and submit the Research Day proposal. Proposals are due Friday, March 6, 2009.
