Conduct

The residence halls at the University of Northern Colorado are home to over 3,100 students, therefore, it is imperative that students are held accountable for their actions while living there. All students are expected to abide by the rules and policies as set forth in the Housing & Residence Life Handbook.

The Department of Housing & Residence Life encourages students to become part of their community, from their floor, to their hall, to the University Campus and as part of the greater Greeley Community and to realize that their actions impact more than just themselves. Those students who choose to violate the rules and policies outlined in the handbook will be asked to attend a hearing with one of our full-time hall directors. Sanctions given to students are designed to help students realize the greater implications of their actions and to help deter future violations.
