Greetings from the University Apartments!

We are conveniently located just three blocks from Central Campus and welcome families, international, graduate and undergraduate students who meet one of the eligibility requirements below. We host 98 two-bedroom apartments both furnished and unfurnished with a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. All utilities (electric, gas, trash & water/sewer), local phone, extended cable and high speed internet are included with your monthly rent!

Amenities:

Each apartment, whether furnished or unfurnished, comes equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, garbage disposal and space-saver microwave. Additionally, a furnished apartment has a dining room table with 4 chairs, couch, chair, twin bed, dresser and a desk with chair (in each bedroom). We are pleased to offer several amenities within our apartment complex, including on-sight laundry facilities, fitness room, community room with big screen TV and table tennis, bike racks and playground area.

Eligibility:

To live at the University Apartments you must be a student with a family (married couple or single parent) OR UNC student who has earned at least 20 credit hours OR are 20 years or older, AIMS Community College student OR UNC Faculty or staff with an FTE of .50 or greater.

Rates for 2008-2009:

We have several new lease options for 2008-2009 to better serve our students/residents. Please review the rate and information sheet for the new lease options prior to completing a lease, to be sure that you are completing the most appropriate lease for your needs.

10-Month Lease
- Furnished: $350 per month per bedroom
- Unfurnished: $325 per month per bedroom
12-Month Lease
- Furnished: $340 per month per bedroom
- Unfurnished: $315 per month per bedroom
Month-to-Month
- Furnished: $390 per month per bedroom
- Unfurnished: $365 per month per bedroom
