Gordon Hall, on Central Campus, is located on 10th Avenue between 19th and 20th Streets. The address is 1904 10th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado.
Gordon Hall will be available this academic year for a wide variety of short term housing requests for up to one week of guest accommodations.
Gordon Hall offers double and single rooms. All rooms have twin beds and full linens are provided (bed linens, pillow, towels, wash cloths). There is a public kitchen (with limited kitchen supplies available), wireless high speed internet access, a television lounge, a vending machine and free laundry services (bring your own soap). Sorry, but no pets are allowed. Single rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
In addition, this building has two community bathrooms as well as one unisex bathroom. The unisex bathroom has a sink and toilet but no shower.
The cost for a single room (room for one person) is $25 + 9.36% tax. **
The cost for a double room (room for two people) is $35 + 9.36% tax. **
For any rooms that are rented, there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. The UNC Housing & Residential Education department must be notified 24 hours in advance that the reservation is cancelled. Otherwise, there will not be a refund.

Check In/Out Procedures.:
All guests will check in and out through the Hansen-Willis front desk.
Check-in begins at 3PM. The front desk will issue your room key to you.
Check-out is at 11AM. The key needs to be returned to the Hansen-Willis front desk at check out.

In Wilson Hall, there is a one-bedroom apartment that is available to rent on a short-term basis. This apartment has its own private bathroom, living room and kitchenette area. The apartment rents for $40 per night, $200 per week or $600 per month. If guests are staying fewer than 30 days or not being paid for by a tax exempt entity a 9.36% tax rate will be applied to the bill. The apartment is expected to be returned to its original condition upon checkout. If the room is not returned to its original state, a $35 per hour cleaning charge will be assessed.
