Arlington Park Apartments
Arlington Park Student Apartments is conveniently located just one block from the University Center. We welcome UNC students who meet one of the eligibility requirements below. We have two-bedroom and four-bedroom floor plans. All of our apartments are fully furnished and include all utilities except electricity. Water, trash, sewer, extended cable TV, high speed internet are included. Each bedroom is individually leased.
Each apartment is fully furnished and comes equipped with a full-size refrigerator, self cleaning oven, a two-sided sink with a garbage disposal, a dishwasher, and a built-in microwave. In addition, all two bedroom/two bathroom and four bedroom/two bathroom units come with a full-size washer and dryer in each apartment.
The living room furniture includes a full-size sofa with a matching arm chair, coffee table, matching end table, and two breakfast bar stools. (The four bedroom apartment has an extra end table as well as an extra arm chair). The bedroom furniture includes a full, extended-length size bed, desk, desk chair, and a four-drawer dresser.

To live at Arlington Park you must meet one of the following requirements:
- A UNC student who has earned at least 20 college credit hours after high school graduation OR
- Are 21+ years old OR
- Had one academic year of residence hall living experience on a college campus.
Rates for 2012-2013:
Two bedroom/two bathroom apartment - $499 per person/per monthly installment
Two bedroom/one bathroom apartment - $469 per person/per monthly installment
Four bedroom/two bathroom apartment - $479 per person/per monthly installment
