Linda English |
Linda English received her B.A. in Urban Studies and her M.A in Western Canadian History from the University of Calgary. In 2005, she completed her Ph.D. in History from the University of Oklahoma, specializing in the American West. Her research focuses on general stores in Texas and Indian Territory in the 1870s and 1880s, with a special emphasis on the role of class, gender, race, and ethnicity in commercial relations.
Her publications appear in The Chronicles of Oklahoma, The Historian, and the Southwestern Historical Quarterly.
