Equipment Checkout

The Graduate Student Association (GSA) has equipment available to assist students with research and presentations. This equipment can be checked out for student use upon request. Students are liable for any damages to equipment while it is in their possession.

The GSA has a couple of new laptops available - one PC and one Mac. They have Microsoft Office software, and soon will have SAS and SPSS, and Adobe Acrobat.

The GSA has two projectors that can be checked out for use with presentations.

Voice Recorders and 360 Degree Microphones

GSA has two digital voice recorders and three 360 degree microphones. The digital voice recorders have a direct USB connection and can download a recorded session (in WMA file format) directly to your computer.

The 360 degree microphones are very useful for recording focus groups, where you may have many participants. The microphone can pick up voices from every direction directly into your recording device (its the standard plug).
