Getting Connected
GSA wants to make sure all graduate students are connected and have access to relevant information that might affect them. On this site will be a webpage that includes all the ongoing issues occurring in the GSA Council, Student Representative Council, the Graduate School, and any other University committees. GSA will also have information in our Upcoming Events page which details such things as upcoming conferences (of a general nature), Univeristy events, and other activities such as social events.

How to join or be removed from a listserv
Gradstudent listserv
The graduate student listserv is used at the discretion of the Graduate Student Association. It is used by the GSA to distribute information to the graduate students at UNC that is pertinent to graduate students such as information regarding grants and workshop opportunities and is not used for spam. Students who do not currently receive e-mails from the GSA may request to be added to this listserv.
If you have information that you would like to distribute to graduate students at UNC, please e-mail the GSA at gsa@unco.edu.
socialgrads listserv
A new listserv has been created for graduate students to use for the following:
- coordinate formal and informal graduate social events
- share graduate concerns
- communicate class info among student peers (not to be used for cheating on tests)
- create more involvement and interaction among graduate students at UNC
The socialgrads listserv is to be used by UNC graduate students only and is not to be used for spam. Students must subscribe to the listserv in order to receive or send e-mails via this listserv. Students can request to be removed from this listserv at anytime after subscribing.
How to get your e-mail removed from or added to a listserv:
Please send an e-mail to gsa@unco.edu, indicating whether you would like to be removed or added to the listserv of your choice and include your name and UNC blue e-mail address. We cannot use any other e-mail address you may have. However, you can change the options in your blue e-mail account so that messages are automatically forwarded to the e-mail address of your choice.
