Our mission is to create a strong sisterhood and education support network for women on college campuses through an emphasis in teaching Latino culture and history, as well as promote education in the Latino community. We uphold this mission through various activities on campus and in the community. Sisters are involved in things such as mentoring programs, and other organizations that help promote education in the Latino community such as LULAC. Annual events that are held on campus include: Buen Provecho, a pot luck dinner that includes foods from all different cultures and Posada a night of arts and crafts. On a national level we volunteer annually at the La Raza Youth Leadership Conference. For more information please contact Jeri Salas or Angelica Balderas.
