• UNC Office for Research: The Office of Research, under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Research, coordinates, enhances and supports research and scholarly activities.
• Accessing UNC Dissertations: How to search our online library catalog for UNC honors papers and dissertations.
• Intellectual Property Policy: A guide to UNC policies and procedures regarding intellectual property rights issues.
• Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP): Funding for scholarly work and research. Assists with external granting agencies including grant submission procedures, funding opportunities, compliance policies, forms and more.
• Institutional Review Boards: The Institutional Review Board (IRB) and the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) review proposals for all UNC research involving human or animal subjects for compliance with Federal State and UNC guidelines.
