Housing & Dining
The Greeley area and UNC have an abundance of affordable on- and off-campus housing from efficiency apartments to multi-bedroom homes. With 340 days of sunshine, mild winters and views of the beautiful Rocky Mountains, Greeley is a wonderful place to call home. You'll find plenty of off- and on-campus living choices.
Managed by UNC, the Arlington Park Apartments are located just two blocks from campus and offer two- and four-bedroom fully furnished apartments. The common area lounge features a large screen TV, Wi-Fi and a fitness center. Most units have private laundry rooms.
Although most graduate students opt not to live in a residence hall, you can’t beat the convenience on living on campus. Most rooms are double occupancy and residence halls require students to carry a meal plan.
Students who prefer to live off campus can work with off campus landlords to arrange housing. The Off-Campus Life Office is a great resource for students looking for information about Greeley and the surrounding area.
Our award-winning chefs serve up food to feed all tastes at three locations on campus: Holmes Dining Hall on West Campus, Tobey-Kendel Hall on Central Campus and the University Center Food Court.
For other options at the University Center, you can get your convenience snacks at Munchy Mart, your morning latte at Bears Mo'Jo Coffee Co, breakfast at Einstein Bros® Bagels or a quick sandwich at Subway®. These retail dining locations provide students with an alternative to dining room fare, while Bears Bistro allows students to use their meal plan or Dining Dollars — it's up to you!
