Housing & Dining
The Greeley area and UNC have an abundance of affordable on- and off-campus housing from efficiency apartments to multi-bedroom homes. With 340 days of sunshine, mild winters and views of the beautiful Rocky Mountains, Greeley is a wonderful place to call home. You'll find plenty of off- and on-campus living choices.
University Apartments is located three blocks from campus with furnished and unfurnished two-bedroom units. All utilities, local phone service, extended basic cable, high-speed Internet and laundry are included in the monthly rent.
Managed by Allen & O'Hara Education Services in partnership with the university, the Arlington Park facility is located just two blocks from campus and offers two- and four-bedroom fully furnished units. An onsite cafe lounge features a large screen TV, WiFi, fitness center, tanning room and business center. Most units have private laundry rooms.
Although most graduate students opt not to live in a residence hall, private, one-person rooms are available in select halls, and you can't beat the convenience and affordability. Check out the President's Row residence halls that were formally faculty apartments.
Our award-winning chefs serve up food to feed all tastes at three locations on campus: Holmes Dining Hall on West Campus, Toby-Kendel on Central Campus and at the University Center (UC). For other options at the UC, you can grab something at restaurants such as Taco Bell Express and Starbucks® Coffee.
You can also participate in the Dining Dollars program, which allows students to purchase food and beverage items at campus retail food venues using your UNC Card. Students can purchase Dining Dollars in increments of $25.
