Art Therapy & Gender Identity

Come and participate in an event to explore gender identity through art therapy, guided by a licensed counselor. The event will cover topics of self-identity and self-exploration, along with self-care tools. All supplies will be provided.

Trans at UNC

Trans at UNC will provide faculty, staff, and students an opportunity to hear in-person and anonymous narratives from Trans students discussing how to create and foster an inclusive environment for Trans students at UNC.


Transgender Day of Visibility: Jennicet Gutiérrez

Jennicet Gutiérrez is a transgender Latina activist and organizer from Mexico. Jennicet is an organizer with Familia: Trans Queer Liberation Movement and made national headlines in June 2015 when she interrupted President Obama at a White House gay pride event with a call to end detainment and deportation of LGBTQ immigrants. Join us to hear Jennicet speak out about her work and activism. For more information click here.
