UNC World Language Day Teacher of the Year Awards
To recognize world language teachers and their teaching accomplishments, the University of Northern Colorado Departments of Modern Languages and Hispanic Studies honor professional excellence among teachers of world languages in secondary schools.
One award is given for outstanding teaching in each of French, German, Spanish, and a less commonly taught language. Awards are presented at the UNC World Language Day teacher luncheon in Greeley. This year's award ceremony will take place on April 20, 2011 in the Panorama Lounge in the University Center.
