Colorado's Transparency Online Project system went live on the web on September 1, 2009. It was created under a Governor’s Executive Order and separately mandated by House Bill 09-1288. This system can be accessed at the following web site. http://tops.state.co.us/
Welcome to the Division of Finance and Administration at the University of Northern Colorado. It is our responsibility to provide a wide array of value added and customer-centered support services for students, faculty, and staff.
