February 15-16

Bonus Show! We will be screening The Science of Sleep on Friday, Feb. 16th at 5:45 p.m. in addition to the regular show times on Thursday at 7:00 & 9:15 p.m. and Friday at 8:00 p.m.

February 22-23

There will be NO 9:15 p.m. showing of The English Patient on Thursday, Feb. 22nd due to the length of the film. Show times will be Thursday at 7:00 p.m. and Friday at 8:00 p.m.

February 28

Author Michael Ondaatje, who collaborated on the screenplay for The English Patient, will read from his works on February 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the University Center Ballrooms as part of the UNC Rosenberry Writers’ Conference. Admission to the reading is free of charge.

March 29-30

Bonus Show! We will be screening Quinceañera on Friday, March 30th at 5:45 p.m. in addition to the regular show times on Thursday at 7:00 & 9:15 p.m. and Friday at 8:00 p.m.

April 12-13

Bonus Show! We will be screening My Country, My Country on Friday, April 13th at 5:45 p.m. in addition to the regular show times on Thursday at 7:00 & 9:15 p.m. and Friday at 8:00 p.m.

April 20

There will be NO Thursday showings of The Rocky Horror Picture Show—Shadow Casting. Please join us on Friday at 8:00 p.m. for a lively performance by Colorado’s Elusive Ingredient, Denver’s shadow cast, in conjunction with our last film showing. Shadow casting is when a group of performers enact a movie in front of the screen on which the movie is being shown. Cosponsored by UNC’s Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender (GLBT) resource office.
