Professional activity

Boards/Committees serve on:

Serves as the Chair for the Management, Spirituality and Religion Interest Group in the Academy of Management and serves on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management. Has served as the special assistant to the president for diversity. She has also been involved with a number of committees and activities on campus. Outside of her work, she spends a great deal of time with animal rescue and animal welfare issues. She serves as the publicist for GRIN (Galgo Rescue International Network), a non-profit Spanish greyhound rescue organization.  She strives to encourage people to broaden their compassion to include all sentient beings and to make the connection among the humankind, nature and animals.  Her dream is to someday see the world as a kind and peaceful place for all.
