Campus Development GuidelinesThe University
is currently creating campus development guidelines to improve the aesthetics
of campus buildings, the site, and ultimately the entire image
of the campus. These guidelines establish the foundation for which all
new buildings, building additions, and renovations must adhere to.
The guidelines define what is expected in each of the above areas of emphasis and how they may be achieved in different components of a building and its site. The recommendations of the guidelines, along with other components of the master plan design, must never be compromised. The most recent guidelines completed in April 2002 are included.
