Illustrative Plan

• The Illustrative Plan is the comprehensive vision built by each of the components of the physical development plans.

• The plan is based on a campus enrollment of 20,000 students which is estimated to be an "on-campus" load of approximately 15,000 FTE. The on- campus load is about 75% that of the total enrollment due to the use of technology. The use of web-based instruction and distance learning techniques will allow a hybrid of both on campus and off campus instruction. The campus feels this 3:4 ratio will be the likely demography for the University in the foreseeable future.
