Existing Vehicular Circulation• Due to the fact the University interrupts the City of Greeley grid system of streets, there are numerous conflicts, barriers and inefficiencies among the vehicular circulation system within and surrounding the campus. • 20th Street, 10th Avenue and 11th avenue currently bisects the campus into three distinct parts. These major roads create strong campus edges at the perimeter, but pose extreme safety concerns in the interior of campus. • During the weekdays, from 8:00am to 4:00pm, there is a campus shuttle bus that runs between the central and western parts of campus. |
