Emergency Assistance

Public safety emergencies, (fire, life, criminal activities) call the University Police Dispatch at 911 or 351-2245.

Building maintenance and custodial emergencies during normal operating hours. Any disaster, unusual occurrence, utility malfunction, or equipment failure that presents immediate danger to life, limb, or property is an emergency and should be reported immediately by telephone to the Service Center at 351-2446.

After hours building maintenance and custodial emergencies, call the University Police Dispatch at 351-2245.

Requesting Service

Requests for all Facility services can be made by phoning, e-mail or writing the Service Center at: Parsons Hall, 501 20th Street, Greeley, CO. 80639. Telephone 351-2446. Work requests may also be submitted directly to the work order system by users with mainframe access to the XDB system.

Please have the following information available when submitting a work request: Description of work to be done, location of work, contact name and phone, special information; e.g. completion date required, estimate, etc.
