Building Coordinators Program
In cooperation with the Vice-Presidents and Academic Deans, Facilities Management has developed a network of key contacts within each major building. The primary function of these Building Coordinators is to improve communication between the building users and Facilities Management.
The Building Coordinators are the focal point for all facility related information. This would include requests for maintenance services, facility use policies, work status information from Facilities Management, general facility information and acting as the first line of contact for scheduling utility interruptions or other facility emergencies.
The most efficient means of initiating a work order is through the Building Coordinator. This allows Facilities Management and the building users to keep track of all maintenance requests and communicate status and other information more effectively.
