Tobias Guzmán
Assistant Vice President
I currently serve as Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Access at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC). I have worked with many campus associates at three institutions of higher education and place a high priority on developing collaborative working relationships with campus constituencies and recognize the importance of working effectively with faculty, staff, and students. Prior to working at UNC, I worked at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, Colorado College in Colorado Springs, and the University of Toledo in Ohio. I have a passion for working with students and their families as well as presenting on a variety of topics such as social justice, diversity, campus safety, and student life. (top of page)
Randall Langston
Executive Director
I have been working for nearly 15 years in higher education and currently serve as the Executive Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management at the University of Northern Colorado providing leadership for the Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registrar divisions. This is my second tour at UNC as I previously worked in the admissions office from 1996-1998 as a Graduate Assistant. Prior to UNC, I worked at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs as Director of Admissions Services providing leadership to the admissions and recruitment divisions. Prior to working at UCCS, I served for three years as Director of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of Findlay in Findlay, OH where I was the chief admissions officer and led enrollment management and marketing for the university. I also served for five years as an Assistant Director of Admission and then as Associate Director (Regional Director) at the University of Denver. I have spoke at conferences on issues related to enrollment management, predictive modeling, e-communications, and marketing in higher education. I hold a Masters degree in Education in Higher Education Administration with a specialization in College Student Personnel Administration from Texas Tech University. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas where I graduated with a major in Political Science. (top of page)
Tammie Etl
Senior Business Manager
I am the Senior Business Manager for Enrollment Management & Student Access. I graduated from the Monfort School of Business with a degree in Management and I have been employed at UNC for over 16 years. I am currently a Graduate Student enrolled in the Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership program. My focus in the department is working with budget and financial reports and assisting in making data-driven decisions for budget analysis and financial forecasting. (top of page)
Susan Stopher
Manager of Marketing & Community Relations
Originally from Northern Michigan, I received my Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University in 1999. I lived in Juneau, Alaska for five years and worked as Director of Marketing and Community Outreach for a public television and radio station. I have been at UNC for just one year but am excited about making lasting changes that will help us to improve student services. I feel lucky to work with such an amazing team of people in Enrollment Management. I am currently working toward a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from UNC and my husband is also a UNC Student. I enjoy spending time camping, hiking snowshoeing and exploring with my husband and two kids, Amelia and Oliver. (top of page)
Karen Raymond
Senior Research Analyst
I am the Senior Research Analyst for the Office of Enrollment Management and Student Success. I am responsible for providing relevant data and research to support recruitment and retention efforts at the university. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado and am completing a doctorate in Applied Statistics and Research Methods. Jennifer Stokes

I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from UNC in 1990 and, as an alum, I know the community that exists on our beautiful campus. The faculty and staff create a welcoming environment that conveys the true heart of our university. I have worked at UNC for over 16 years and look forward to many more. Reyna Anaya

Hi, my name is Reyna Anaya and I am a University of Northern Colorado (UNC) Bears MATR (Mentors & Advocates for Transition & Retention) Mentor. I cannot tell you how excited I am to be working with you as you transition into the UNC Bear family. College is the best time of your life and I want to make sure you find it just as rewarding as I did. A little information about me: I am a 2007 Colorado State University Alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies & minor in Spanish. After receiving my degree, I worked in the Office of Admissions at my Alma Mater as an Admissions Counselor until May 2007. Currently, I’m working as a graduate assistant in the Office of Student Engagement & Dean of Students with the UNC cultural centers while I work towards my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. I will graduate in December and hopefully move directly into the Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership PhD program in the spring of 2010. In addition to being a student, I am a mother of a beautiful daughter named Aiyana. I am currently a mentor with Bears MATR within Enrollment Management and Student Access. I am a 2003 graduate from UNC with a B.A. in Social Sciences. I am back as a graduate student here at UNC. I recently graduated with an M.A. in Educational Leadership with an emphasis in higher education in 2009 and am now working toward a PhD in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership. I am from Ft. Collins, CO, but have been calling Greeley my home for the past ten years. It is a pleasure being a part of the Enrollment Management and Student Access team. Adam Lowrance

I am currently the Graduate Assistant and a Bears MATR Mentor for Enrollment Management & Student Access. I grew up in Missouri where I earned a B.A. in music from Truman State University. I then spent two years in Illinois where I received a M.M. in Computer Music and New Media Technology. After completing that masters program, I moved to Colorado to attend the University of Northern Colorado. I recently finished a M.A. in Education Leadership and am presently pursuing a PhD in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership. I absolutely love being here in Colorado. I am a senior pursuing my BA in Visual Arts with an emphasis in graphic design. Although I do a variety of tasks for Enrollment Management, I spend most of my time designing publications, brochures, postcards, t-shirts and any other kind of print media for various departments on campus. Design is my passion and I love that I have the opportunity to do it for UNC. When I’m not in EMSA, I am an intern for Creative Services or I can be found working in the various studios on campus. I am a senior majoring in Political Science and in Sociology, and very excited to be graduating from UNC this upcoming May! I hope to continue my education here, as I pursue a master’s degree in educational leadership.
