Tobias Guzmán
Assistant Vice President
I currently serve as Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Access at the University of Northern Colorado (UNC). I have worked with many campus associates at three institutions of higher education and place a high priority on developing collaborative working relationships with campus constituencies and recognize the importance of working effectively with faculty, staff, and students. Prior to working at UNC, I worked at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, Colorado College in Colorado Springs, and the University of Toledo in Ohio. I have a passion for working with students and their families as well as presenting on a variety of topics such as social justice, diversity, campus safety, and student life. (top of page)
Jenna Finley, Ed.D.
Executive Director
I serve as the Executive Director of Enrollment Management & Student Access, with direct responsibility for Campus Recreation, Dining Services and Housing & Residential Education. UNC has been my professional home for over ten years, and I love the students, spirit of collaboration and dedication to the best possible learning environments for students. I have a Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, Masters Degree in Student Affairs Administration and Bachelors of Social Work, both from Ball State University. Prior to working at UNC I worked at the University of Colorado-Boulder, University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and Ball State University. My research interests include first-generation college students, 21st century learning, and student engagement and retention. (top of page)
Tammie Etl
Senior Business Manager
I am the Senior Business Manager for Enrollment Management & Student Access. I graduated from the Monfort School of Business with a degree in Management and I received a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership at the University of Northern Colorado. I have been an employee at UNC for over 20 years. My focus in the department is working with budget and financial reports and assisting in making data-driven decisions for budget analysis and financial forecasting. (top of page)
Jaqueline Auker
Manager of Marketing & Community Relations
As the Marketing and Community Relations Manager, I oversee the various communication outreach projects to multiple audiences for Enrollment Management & Student Access departments. I received my Bachelor or Fine Arts degree from Colorado State University. Before coming to the University of Northern Colorado, I worked in the corporate world as an Art Director for an advertising firm, and then as a Marketing Coordinator for DirectNet and 42U.com, a company with a team of sales engineers and support staff to provide data center technology and solutions. I have found my home in higher education and discovered my passion for working with students and in the university environment. When I have time to unwind you can find me enjoying the outdoor Colorado high-country and supporting the local arts and charities. (top of page)
Karen Raymond, Ph.D.
Senior Research Analyst
I am the Senior Research Analyst for the Office of Enrollment Management and Student Success. I am responsible for providing relevant data and research to support recruitment and retention efforts at the university. I received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Master of Arts and a doctorate in Applied Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Northern Colorado. Jennifer Stokes
Assistant to the AVP

I received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from UNC in 1990 and, as an alum, I know the community that exists on our beautiful campus. The faculty and staff create a welcoming environment that conveys the true heart of our university. I have worked at UNC for over 19 years and look forward to many more. Reyna Anaya
Graduate Assistant and Bears MATR Mentor
Hi, my name is Reyna Anaya and I am a University of Northern Colorado (UNC) Bears MATR (Mentors & Advocates for Transition & Retention) Mentor. I cannot tell you how excited I am to be working with you as you transition into the UNC Bear family. College is the best time of your life and I want to make sure you find it just as rewarding as I did. A little information about me: I am a 2007 Colorado State University Alumnus with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies & minor in Spanish. After receiving my degree, I worked in the Office of Admissions at my Alma Mater as an Admissions Counselor until May 2007. Currently, I’m working as a graduate assistant in the Office of Enrollment Management & Student Access while I work towards my doctorate degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership. In addition to being a student, I am a mother of a beautiful daughter named Aiyana. AJ Moosa
Graduate Assistant and Bears MATR Mentor
I am Alfred Josh-Moi Moosa (A.J.). I am a graduate assistant in the Office of Enrollment Management and Student Access as a Bears MATR Mentor. I am blessed to have the opportunity to work with you and help you become a UNC Bear for life. I came to UNC in August 2010 as a Safety for the football team, transferring from San Jose State in California, and have been here ever since! I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology here at UNC in December of 2011. I am currently working on my Masters in Clinical Counseling. Katie Yang
Graduate Assistant and Research Analyst

I am a Graduate Research Assistant in the Office of Enrollment Management and Student Access and currently a doctoral student in the Applied Statistics and Research Methods program. I work alongside our Senior Research Analyst performing statistical data analysis and inquiry. I especially enjoy data management, exploration, and programming. Finding ways to efficiently and quickly analyze, visualize, and process data is what I like to do in my spare time. I received an M.B.A. from the University of the Incarnate Word in Texas, and B.B.A. in Banking and Finance from Kainan University in Taiwan. (top of page)
Becky Broghammer
Graduate Assistant
My name is Becky Broghammer and I have called UNC and Greeley home for 10 years. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Washington State University and my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from UNC in May 2005. I have worked as an interior designer, instructor and in college administration. I have had the pleasure of working as a student and professional in several offices on UNC’s campus including Student Activities, Conferences & Events, Career Services and now Enrollment Management and Student Access. I am currently working toward a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership at UNC. My role in EMSA includes the development and administration of a new mentorship program and marketing assistance to our Manager of Marketing and Community Relations. I love working on a college campus and with college students, especially at UNC. It is an environment rich in diversity, care and support that I enjoy sharing with my husband and three children.
