ARTICLE II: STUDENT CODE AUTHORITY

1. The Dean of Students or designee shall determine which University Hearing Officer and Appeal Reader shall be authorized to hear each matter.
2. The Dean of Students or designee shall develop policies for the administration of the student conduct system and procedural rules for the conduct of University Hearings that are consistent with provisions of the Student Code of Conduct.
3. Decisions made by a University Hearing Officer shall be final, pending the normal appeal process.
