Language Development Courses
These two course are a part of the Educational Interpreting Certificate

Skills Courses
The next two courses demonstrate the methodology used by the DO
IT Center to provide ASL skills development at a distance. These
are the first two distance skills development courses taken by EICP
students. The students receive an introduction to the skills development
process in their first onsite summer session, which is prior to
these two courses. The courses use a guided workbook to help students
work through the discourse analysis process and self-assessment
of their interpreting skills.
