- Led Community College of Denver to national recognition as a community college of excellence among the nation’s 1200 community colleges during Colorado’s most dramatic state funding cuts in history from 60% state support to 25% current state support
- Led CCD out of budget deficit during lean fiscal times to fastest growth in a decade
- Earned four consecutive years top recognition by US Department of Labor for workforce innovation in high demand industries
- Named to Colorado’s Education Alignment Council (K-16 education policy body)
