Now Accepting Starbucks® Gift Cards
The wait is over... Starbucks® at the UC now accepts gift cards! Stop by for some coffee, a yummy pastry, or a gourmet salad!
UC Food Court Express (aka Bears Bistro)
The Pasta Bar is back! Build your own Pasta bowl (or Salad) with a variety of toppings and sauces... and don't forget about the homemade Deep Dish Pizza! Use your Meal Plan, Dining Dollars, Faculty/Staff Payroll Deduction, Cash, or Credit.
- New Hours: 10:30am - 1:30pm, Monday through Friday
UC Food Court
The UC Food Court has added several more options to the spring menus... If you like the idea of eating a hamburger and fries in a basket, be sure to stop by and see what the "basket of the day" is. (Here's a hint... we have added KC Style BBQ Brisket Sandwiches, Chicken Strips, Beef Gyros, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Corn Dogs, and Beer Brats! There will also be a Seafood Basket Bar featured every other Friday.)
Who can resist freshly made malted waffles? How about one that you make yourself? Even better... our waffles have the UNC logo baked right in! Join us for a waffle bar on Mondays and Wednesdays… including a wide variety of toppings, scrambled eggs, and sausage links!

Coffee Corners
Dining Services is rolling out something special at the Coffee Corners... Sushi One and Eileen's Colossal Cookies! Yes, you read that right... sushi and cookies! Sushi One and Eileen's Colossal Cookies are now available at all three Coffee Corner locations across campus. Join us at Kepner Hall, Michener Library, and Turner Hall for these new menu items. Don't forget to stop by the Coffee Corner at Turner for sandwiches and salads... just like at the Michener Library location. Grab some nachos, chicken tenders, fries, or some of our new menu items when you’re there!
Food Waste Recycling
Holmes Dining Hall will be testing a food waste recycling (composting) program this Spring 2010. This is an eco-friendly alternative to common food waste landfill disposal that helps reduce global warming.
COMING SOON: Dining Dollars Accepted at Pepsi Vending Machines
We're very close to implementing the new option for student Dining Dollars. Students will soon be able to use their Dining Dollars at select Pepsi vending machines across campus. More information to come soon about how Faculty and Staff can take advantage of this as well!
