Step into any of our dining rooms, and chances are you'll see quite a few faculty and staff members. Some are using their personal payroll deduction plan to pay for their meals... but some some UNC departments choose to purchase meals from Dining Services to use for working lunch meetings, interviews, etc.
We love seeing departments stay on campus to eat with us!! It's a great way to promote eating local... but really, it's good for employees to be side by side with the students. And it's great for students to see so many faculty and staff eating along side them!
Department meal purchases are easy and convenient:
- Contact Dining Services at 970-351-2652 or email@example.com to place your order.
- Submit an EIO for payment.
- Meals are loaded onto your card (usually within 24 hours).
- Pick up your card at the Dining Services Office (if you're not getting a new card, ignore this step!).
Also, department meals don't expire... what a great perk! Be sure to keep your department card handy and reuse it when you run out of meals! Your first card is complimentary... replacement cards will cost you $5.
