Here are your recipes!

Homemade Granola

Yield: approximately 5 cups

  • Rolled Oats (not Instant or Quick Oatmeal): 4 cups
  • Pecans, Cashews, or other Nuts: 3/4 cup
  • Raisins: 3/4 cup
  • Honey (or maple syrup if desired): 1/3 cup
  • Vegetable Oil or Sunflower Oil: 1/3 cup
  • Water: 2 tablespoons
  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Combine the Honey, Oil, and Water.
  3. Toss the mixture with the Rolled Oats to coat completely.
  4. Add the Nuts.
  5. Place the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for approximately 30 minutes. Stir once during baking.
  6. Allow to cool and add Raisins.
  7. Store in an airtight container... enjoy!

Note: You can add other items to this mixture such as Coconut, Dried Fruits, and even Chocolate!! Add these items after the Oats have cooled.
