Join us for Dinner on Wednesdays either Holmes Dining Hall or Tobey-Kendel Dining Room for the new Culinary Demonstration Series. UNC Dining Services has a team of very talented chefs, and they want to share their talents with you!

Who Is Conducting These Culinary Demonstrations?
Paul Hilton and Derek Rice, both Certified Chefs through the American Culinary Federation, will be sharing their culinary talents and skills with you during these special demonstrations.
Who Is Invited?
Be one of the first 25 people who arrive by 5:30pm. To be eligible to attend the presentation, you must either purchase a meal, use your Faculty/Staff Payroll Deduction program, or be a student with a meal plan.
What Do You Need To Do?
Come to the dining room around 5:30pm, grab some dinner, and join the chefs in the banquet room while they let you in on some secrets of the trade. Seating is limited, so please make sure to get there early!
Dining Services will be offering these presentations throughout the Fall and Spring semesters, so be sure to look for more information about these demonstrations.
