The best part of my job: is having good people to work with.

The first job I ever had was: selling popcorn, candy, and sno-cones at a historic popcorn stand in Sterling, CO. They are going to re-build it and memorialize it Summer 2008.

The strangest job I’ve ever had was: when I worked as a prison guard in an all-male state facility.

If I weren’t in food service: I would own my own company.

My refrigerator always contains: leftovers and chocolate.

My favorite meal is: home-made pan fried chicken, biscuits & sawmill gravy, home-grown tomatoes, sweet corn, sweet iced tea, and decadent chocolate cake.

The best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at was: Abbotts Seafood in Mystic, CT.

People tell me the celebrity I most resemble is: Angelina Jolie (In my dreams!)

In my spare time, I like to: be with my kids, travel, cook, shop, and work in the garden.

People are often most surprised to find out that I: I was a prison guard in an all-male state facility.

The living person I’d most like to have dinner with is: Alton Brown from the Food Network.

The person from history I’d most like to meet is: Lucille Ball.

My favorite movie is: Christmas Vacation, Grease, Top Gun, or Dirty Dancing.

On television I never miss: Charlie Brown Specials.

My car radio is almost always tuned to: KOOL 105.1

I would most like to visit: Germany, Ireland, Scotland, Switzerland, and Italy.

Five things I can’t live without: my kids, my husband, my family, popcorn, and chocolate!
