Community Fest is not just an ordinary festival; it's focused on hands-on, engaged learning! We want to spotlight your department/organization/club to both the campus and local community by demonstrating something with an interactive learning activity.
How do you get started
Participation is free of charge, so simply fill out the registration form and mail or email it back to UNC, submission details are on the registration form.

Activities should be engaging and family friendly for all ages. The possibilities are only limited to your imagination!
All booth activities are free of charge to attendees
Merchandise sales are restricted to UNC operations that normally process retail transactions. Fundraising of any kind is prohibited. Participating organizations will provide their own funding to carry out the activity.
Booth space is free and locations are assigned on a first-come, first-serviced basis in the best available location.
Your 10x10 booth includes a tent, two tables, two chairs, booth number identification and sign with organization name.
There are a limited number of booth locations with access to electrical power. Please call University Relations at 970-351-1152 for more information.
Participants are expected to staff their booths from 10:00-1:00 p.m.
Food sales and distribution are limited to UNC campus Dining Services.
