Biography

Celest Woo got her start as a poet when she joined a group called the Rustic Mechanicals in the San Fernando Valley after college. She grew up in CA, moved to NYC, where she completed her doctorate at NYU, and now teaches Shakespeare, British Literature, Young Adult Literature, and Bible as Literature at Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. She has also published scholarly articles and artwork, and is a dancer and choreographer."
