General information about the UNC Tango Club

Mission Statement.

To conduct tango dance lessons, milonga (Ballroom dances), shows

and promote as a whole the culture of tango to the UNC.

UNC Tango Club in numbers:

Over 60 members

lessons 3 time a week

Our newsletter is published 3 times a week and goes to over

100 subscribers.

our club is a member of the 'TangoColorado'

and is affiliated with other tango clubs of the state of Colorado

the club if funded partly for the UNC and has also at this moment

2 sponsors that supports its activities.

Sponsorship Opportunities

The UNC has about 11.000 students and due to its location (Greeley Colorado

a relatively small an quit town of northern Colorado) has not many cultural

choices and activities to provide its students, thus the tango club is becoming

an attraction for students on campus and Greeley.
