Club Chartering

  • September 4, 2008 - 1st club chartering meeting.
    • Time: 5:00 - 6:00PM
    • Where: Columbine B at the UC.
  • September 8, 2008 - 2nd club chartering meeting.
    • Time: 5:00 - 6:00PM
    • Where: Columbine B at the UC.
  • September 15, 2008 - Charter recognition packets are due.
    • Time: By 5:00PM on Monday.
    • Where: Student Activities Office, UC Room 2035, attn: SRC Vice-President for Student Organizations.

Any club who wishes to charter during the the 2008 - 2009 academic year must send a representative to one of the Club Chartering meetings.

 

Club Funding

  • September 22, 2008 - Funding request packets are due.
    • Time: By 5:00PM on Monday.
    • Where: Student Activities Office, UC Room 2035, attn: SRC Vice-President for Student Organizations.
  • October 15, 2008 - SRC Vice-President for Student Organizations will present funding recommendations to SRC during the public meeting on Wednesday by 5:30pm.
  • October 17, 2008 - Funding appeals are due.
    • Time: By 12:00PM on Friday.
    • Where: Student Activities Office, UC Room 2115, attn: AA/EO Facilitator.
