Students and Advisors Invited to Participate in Online Survey
The Student Activities Office, in conjunction with Colorado State University-Pueblo, invites officers, members and advisors of student organizations to voice their opinions and be heard!
UNC is participating in a research study about regular methods designed to help student organizations develop and grow. Various studies and theories argue that organizations develop and maintain their own internal group norms, formation, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability, which can then be considered as standards for organizations.
Therefore, to study these internally developed standards will have implications for the development of formal methods and policies at UNC.
This study will provide the structural framework for creating Standards for Student Organizations and is being conducted by Nicky P. Damania, Director of Student Activities at Colorado State University-Pueblo.
