Club Chartering

  • September 3, 2009 - 1st club chartering meeting.
    • Time: 5:00 - 6:00PM
    • Where: Columbine B at the UC.
  • September 4, 2009 - 2nd club chartering meeting.
    • Time: 5:00 - 6:00PM
    • Where: Columbine B at the UC.
  • September 11, 2009 - Charter recognition packets are due.
    • Time: By 5:00PM on Friday.
    • Where: Student Activities Office, UC Room 2035, attn: SRC Vice-President for Student Organizations.

Any club who wishes to charter during the the 2009 - 2010 academic year must send a representative to one of the Club Chartering meetings.

 

Club Funding

  • September 18, 2009 - Funding request packets are due.
    • Time: By 5:00PM on Friday.
    • Where: Student Activities Office, UC Room 2035, attn: SRC Vice-President for Student Organizations.
  • September 30th - Budget Will be Finalized
    • TIme: 5:30pm
    • Where: UC Council Room
