Going to Mexico or the Caribbean over the Holidays? Don't forget you need a U.S. Passport to return to the U.S.
Passport processing times currently run 4-6 weeks.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00-11:00am, 12:00-4:30pm.

The following fees apply when submitting a passport application in person: |

Application Fee: |
$75.00 (age 16 and older)
$60.00 (under age 16) |
Application Fee must be paid by a check or money order made payable to the U.S. Department of State. |
| Execution Fee: | $25.00 | Can be paid by cash, check,money order or credit/debit cardcheck or money order made payable to CIE Passport Office. |
| Passport Photos: | $8.00 | Can be paid by cash, check,money order or credit/debit cardcheck or money order made payable to CIE Passport Office. |
You must submit a certified copy of your birth certificate when you apply for a U.S Passport.
Anyone born in Colorado can obtain a certified birth certificate
at the Weld Public Health Office, 1555 N. 17th Avenue, Greeley.
